Talk - Andrew Halstead, retired RHS Principal Entomologist, will speak on “Pest recognition and control”.   A general talk on the more important pests of garden and glasshouse plants. Plant and bulb sale.

Talk - Bob Brown will speak on 'Unusual winter flowers'.  Bob is a plantsman and founder of Cotswold Gardens Flowers.  This is followed by the Members' Christmas Lunch which must be booked in advance.  Please contact Jenny as soon as possible at  This email address is being protected from spambots. TalkTom Hart Dyke will speak on 'Plant Hunter and Gardener with Passion'. Tom is a plant hunter and creator of the World Garden at Lullingstone Castle.  Plant sale.
Saturday 11 February

Talk - Philip Oostenbrink will speak on 'The Gardens at Walmer Castle'.  Philip is Head Gardener at Walmer Castle and Collections Coordinator for Plant Heritage in Kent.  Plant sale.

AGM followed by TalkCherrill Sands will speak on 'Women Gardeners of the 20th Century'.  Cherrill is a local consultant garden historian with an MA in the Conservation of Landscapes, Parks and Gardens.  Plant sale.
Saturday 15 April

Talk - Andy Pinder will speak on 'Unusual Trees for Small Gardens'.  Andy is Lecturer in Arboriculture at Merrist Wood College and former Head of Landscape Design for the London Borough of Richmond.  Andy has asked that we donate his fee to the Alzheimer's Society.  Plant and seedling sale.
Saturday 8 - Monday 10th July

Three Day Suffolk Gardens Coach Trip 2023.  This is being organised by Sandra Holland who can be contacted by email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by phone 07469 735309.  The guide cost will be £409 per person for two people sharing a room.  A completed booking form and non-refundable/non-referable deposit of £100 per person is required by 28 February 2023 with the remaining balance payable by 5 May 2023.
